Orange Weather Alert 07.02

Icelandic Met Office has issued an Orange Weather Alert for the whole country. The weather will hit Iceland in the early morning and will be mostly over after 12:00. It will be heavy wind and snow. This will have and affect on road and travelling condition. Roads might close so follow the Icelandic Road Administration webpage.
Due to weather and possible roads closing our opening hours for the national park´s Visitor centre at Hakid and service centre at Leirar might be affected resulting in late opening or non at all.
