Every day from June - August, Þingvellir national park offers free guided tour in English. The tours explore the most historical site of the national park while also touching on the amazing nature and geology of the site. There is no need to book in advance, simply join.
10:00 - Starting from church Þingvallakirkja.
14:00 Staring from Visitor Centre Hakið.

Þingvellir
The tours all enter Almannagjá where the geology of Þingvellir, it´s rift valley and usually Iceland as a whole is explained. Visitor will enjoy the rich nature of the site and it´s every day changing flora and fauna.
A lot of emphasise is though in the national park´s history as it´s historical and cultural connections with the old parliament and the nation´s history is the main reason Þingvellir is UNESCO world heritage site.
